So to celebrate our impending day (Father's Day 4 September 2016), we thought we’d change things up and put together a list of things dads *really* want for Father’s Day - you know, just to help out a little (or in case our own families are reading...). Of course, feel free to share this with your loved ones! ###### **[![Gourmet_Farmer_Cookbook.jpg](https://www.greenlifeturf.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog_Images/Gourmet_Farmer_Cookbook.jpg?width=259&name=Gourmet_Farmer_Cookbook.jpg)](http://www.artisangifts.com.au/shop/gourmet-farmer-deli-cookbook)# 8 - [Gourmet Farmer Deli Cookbook](http://www.artisangifts.com.au/shop/gourmet-farmer-deli-cookbook)**  Secretly, we’re actually great in the kitchen and love a little cooking praise! The recipes in this book are both rustic and flavoursome - just like us really.     ###### **# 7 - [Beer Brewing Kit]((https://www.google.com.au/#q=beer+brewing+kit+australia&cr=countryAU&tbs=ctr:countryAU&tbm=shop)) - because *beer!*** What’s not to love?! It's the next logical step in our thirst for creation. Plus, *beer*. Simply Google “[beer brewing kit Australia]((https://www.google.com.au/#q=beer+brewing+kit+australia&cr=countryAU&tbs=ctr:countryAU&tbm=shop))”, and if you can’t pick a brand, just get a couple!   ###### **# 6 - [Dollar Shave Club subscription](https://www.facebook.com/dscaustralia/)** Yeah, we can be a bit lazy sometimes. So receiving new blades each month in the post for our grooming needs - at a bargain price and without having to think about it - will be like Father’s Day every month! Plus, [we just love their marketing](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbsJPO-ZreM).   ###### **# 5 - Or a [Friday Beers subscription](https://fridaybeers.com.au/)** A six-pack delivered to our desk on Friday afternoon? Er, yes please! Sign us up here immediately: [https://fridaybeers.com.au/](https://fridaybeers.com.au/).   ###### **# 4 - [Cool travel stuff](http://buxton.co/collections/dopp-kits/products/dopp-kit-hunter-collection-double-zip-travel-kit)** We might not *look* like we’d love an authentic Dopp kit travel toiletries bag, but we kind of do.   ![Fathers_Cay_Gift_Ideas_Tackle_Bag_2.png](https://www.greenlifeturf.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog_Images/Fathers_Cay_Gift_Ideas_Tackle_Bag_2.png?width=214&name=Fathers_Cay_Gift_Ideas_Tackle_Bag_2.png) ###### **# 3 - [Wild River Tackle Bag with Speakers](http://www.gowildriver.com/ProductDetail.aspx?sku=WT3701&id=92)** Seriously, we want one even if we don’t fish!   ###### **[![Fathers_Day_Gift_Ideas_Vegepod.jpg](https://www.greenlifeturf.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Blog_Images/Fathers_Day_Gift_Ideas_Vegepod.jpg?width=248&name=Fathers_Day_Gift_Ideas_Vegepod.jpg)](https://vegepod.com.au/features/)# 2 - [Vegepod + stand](https://vegepod.com.au/features/)** Look, we’re getting old older: the stand is great for our backs, and those self-watering, protected Vegepods give us a chance to grow veges for beautiful family dinners. Extended growing seasons, minimum effort, and no “rascally rabbits” and other vermin getting to it before we do! Find them here: [https://vegepod.com.au/features/](https://vegepod.com.au/features/)   ###### **# 1 - [Secret lawn business](https://www.greenlifeturf.com.au/online-shop/display/14--offer%21-organic-health-booster-%2B-colourguard)** Yes, we stand around talking “lawn” with other dads. It’s what we do. We’re comparing ours to theirs: the best; the healthiest; the greenest. And we secretly harbour "lawn envy" emotions. [Help us make ours the lawn to be envied with lawn care products from the guys farming it](https://www.greenlifeturf.com.au/online-shop/display/14--offer%21-organic-health-booster-%2B-colourguard). *(PS, it's on special too!)* [![Order Online Organic Health Booster Fertiliser ColourGuard Lawn Colourant Paint](https://hubspot-no-cache-ap1-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/cta/default/2190699/e29dc516-00c1-49e9-b910-ae59c2458b32.png)](https://hubspot-cta-redirect-ap1-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/cta/redirect/2190699/e29dc516-00c1-49e9-b910-ae59c2458b32)   Did we hit the mark?
