Many people buy their lawn and lawn care products from retailers like Flower Power or Bunnings. Have you ever wondered where they source their stock, and how it is they become so crazy knowledgeable about all things lawn and turf (among many other things!)?

Today I’m excited to bring you a snapshot of one of our on-site education days with one of our much-loved customers, Flower Power!

It all began with a little bit of tea…

After a little information about our business and our farm, Jason Hodges, business owner and landscaper Greenart Gardens and celebrity landscaper on Better Homes and Gardens, entertains us with stories of landscaping and his journey to celebritydom, his love of turf and why Sir Walter DNA Certified turf is his lawn of choice - naturally!

Lawn Solutions Australia (LSA) also provided the troop with insights on their lawn care products so the team are better equipped to help their customers make the right choices for their lawns and gardens.

It was time to head out onto the farm and today Josh Muscat along with Michael Muscat and Jason Hodges gave an amazing soil preparation and turf laying demonstration.

The lawn laying demonstration was followed by an educational trip out into the fields to learn more about turf farming and harvesting...

A busy day on the farm always call for a feast, and we couldn’t think of a better way to thank our guests than putting out an awesome BBQ spread to feed their hungry tums!

What an awesome day! Our team had a great time and we hope our colleagues out at Lawn Solutions Australia and our wonderful guests from Flower Power stores around NSW enjoyed their day with us and learnt a few tricks of our trade!
